I’m somewhat late with this, but Antonia Schneider, Leonhard Plank and I published a new report on housing construction in Vienna in June. It comes out of a research project that we did in the TU Wien research group Housing Research for the Chamber of Labour Vienna. In the project we cooperated with the real estate consultancy firm EXPLOREAL, who provided us with data on housing construction in Vienna. We also cooperated with Wohnbund Consult, who conducted a qualitative analysis of housing construction that complemented our quantitative analysis.
